Our customer service department handles all calls from lenders. Lenders are able to call our customer service department and discuss any concerns or issues. The customer service agents have been trained in how to handle customer requests in all faucets of the process.
Unlike other companies that will transfer the call around our customer service agents handle each call from start to finish. If the call should entail conferencing in another member of our staff it is the customer service agent’s job to stay with our client through the whole process and make sure all concerns have been addressed before closing the file. If a call back is required, it is their responsibility to make sure that our customers are aware of the status of their concern at all times.
