Our management team has over 40 years experience in the appraisal industry. They have a thorough understanding of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA/HUD, and USPAP. Two of our directors are state certified appraisers with an average of 15 years of experience each in the appraisal industry. They have successfully adapted to the changes in the industry and continually strive to meet the demands of the changes and make our company a strong entity with in the lending world.
The members of our management staff have experience with some of the largest lenders and AMC’s in the nation both as appraisers and members of management. They provide the needed guidance and knowledge base that enables the company to maintain its focus on the intended goals, compliance, and enrichment of our staff and appraisers. Understanding the changes in both the appraisal and lending world allows the team to successfully maneuver the everyday trials and tribulations that lenders and appraisers experience and overcome them successfully.
